Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital delivery

A Cycle Pro Pass (₹4,999, inclusive of all taxes) unlocks the full product immediately and covers you through the exam cycle you are preparing for — never less than 180 days, so a shifting exam date can't expire your pass before the exam. Because access is granted at once and the content is consumed as you study, a Pass is generally non-refundable once purchased, except as set out below and as required by law.

2. When we do refund

• Failed or duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same Pass, or charged without receiving access, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Within your statutory rights. Nothing here removes any refund you are entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To request a refund in these cases, email [email protected] from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.

3. The Cross-150 Pass Pledge

This is a pledge of continued access, not a cash refund and not a guarantee that you will pass the FMGE. If you meet all of the conditions below, your Cycle Pro access continues free into the next exam cycle — repeatably, until you pass, up to 3 cycles or 24 months from your purchase date, whichever comes first.

Who qualifies

• You held an active Cycle Pro Pass during your preparation.
• You attempted at least 80% of the question bank as it stood on your purchase date — the target is fixed when you buy, so questions we add later never raise the bar for you.
• You submitted at least 5 full-length Grand Tests.
• Your verified NBE scorecard shows a score below 150 out of 300 — that is, you did not pass. You meet the diligence conditions above for each cycle in which you claim.

How to claim

• File a claim within 30 days of your official NBE scorecard being released — from the Pass Pledge panel in your dashboard, or by emailing [email protected] with your scorecard.
• Because NBE results arrive weeks after the exam, the Pass Pledge panel stays open for claims for 90 days after your access ends — you never lose the window because the cycle closed first.
• Save your scorecard PDF as soon as it is issued. NBEMS keeps the downloadable scorecard available for a limited window (around six months from issue), so download and keep your own copy — you will need it to file a claim even if the official link has since expired.
• We review each claim by hand against your scorecard. You may be asked to share a copy for verification.
• On approval, your Cycle Pro access continues free into the next exam cycle.

Limits

• One claim per exam cycle, and the diligence conditions must be met again for each cycle you claim.
• Access continues for at most 3 cycles or 24 months from your purchase date, whichever comes first.
• The Pledge is continued access to OneFiftyMD only — it is not exchangeable for cash and does not cover any exam, regulator or testing-body fee.
• Your Pass is for one person and up to 2 registered devices. Account sharing, resale or automated use voids the Pledge.
• Each claim is verified at our reasonable discretion. We may decline a claim that does not meet every condition, where the scorecard cannot be authenticated, or where the account shows misuse; the Pledge is void in cases of fraud or misrepresentation. These written terms are the only terms that apply.

4. Cancellation

The Cycle Pro Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and nothing auto-renews. Your access ends when the cycle finishes, but your right to file a Pass Pledge claim continues for 90 days after that, as set out above.
