Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital delivery

A Cycle Pro Pass (₹4,999) unlocks the full product immediately and gives access for 180 days — one exam cycle. Because access is granted at once and the content is consumed as you study, a Pass is generally non-refundable once purchased, except as set out below and as required by law.

2. When we do refund

• Failed or duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same Pass, or charged without receiving access, we refund the extra amount in full.
• Within your statutory rights. Nothing here removes any refund you are entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

To request a refund in these cases, email support@onefiftymd.com from your account email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days.

3. The Cross-150 Safety Net

This is a conditional service credit, not a cash refund and not a guarantee that you will pass the FMGE. If you meet all of the conditions below, we grant your next full Cycle Pro cycle free of charge.

Who qualifies

• You held an active Cycle Pro Pass during your preparation.
• You attempted at least 80% of the published question bank.
• You submitted at least 5 full-length Grand Tests.
• Your verified NBE scorecard shows a score of 135–149 out of 300 — a miss of 15 marks or fewer below the 150 pass line.

How to claim

• File a claim within 30 days of your official NBE scorecard being released, from the Safety Net panel in your dashboard.
• We review each claim by hand against your scorecard. You may be asked to share a copy for verification.
• On approval, we extend your account with a free full Cycle Pro cycle.

Limits

• One claim per exam cycle.
• The credit is the free cycle described above — it is not exchangeable for cash.
• We may decline a claim that does not meet every condition, or where the scorecard cannot be verified. These written terms are the only terms that apply.

4. Cancellation

The Cycle Pro Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and nothing auto-renews. Your access simply ends when the cycle finishes.
