1. Who we are

OneFiftyMD (“we”, “us”) is an FMGE preparation platform operated by ASHARAN Systems Pvt Ltd, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at support@onefiftymd.com.

2. What the service is

A practice-question bank, timed mock tests, spaced revision, revision notes and a study projection, aimed at the 150/300 FMGE pass line. The content is educational. It is authored in-house and is not a substitute for your own clinical study, and the Path-to-150 projection is an arithmetic estimate, not a prediction of your result. We are not affiliated with NBEMS or the NMC; exam rules and dates must be confirmed against the current Information Bulletin.

3. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time link. You are responsible for the email account it is sent to and for activity under your login. Accounts are personal — do not share your access. You must be old enough to enter a contract under Indian law to purchase.

4. Plans and payment

• Diagnostic (Free). Find out where you actually are. No payment required.
• Cycle Pro Pass. A one-time payment of ₹4,999 (plus applicable taxes) for a single exam cycle — access for 180 days. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details. The amount charged is set at checkout by the payment processor. Pricing shown is in Indian Rupees.

5. The Cross-150 Safety Net

A Cycle Pro member who meets the study conditions and misses the pass line by a small, verified margin may claim a free next cycle. It is a conditional service credit, not a guarantee that you will pass. The full conditions are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and only those written terms apply.

6. Acceptable use

The questions, explanations and notes are our original, proprietary content. You may use them for your own exam preparation only. You may not copy, resell, publish, scrape or redistribute any part of the content, share your account, or attempt to access the service by automated means.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, add to, or occasionally interrupt the service for maintenance. We may change these terms; if we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the current cycle. We are not liable for exam outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
