1. Who we are

OneFiftyMD (“we”, “us”) is an FMGE preparation platform operated by ASHARAN AI Systems, a sole proprietorship based in New Delhi, India. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What the service is

A practice-question bank, timed mock tests, spaced revision, revision notes and a study projection, aimed at the 150/300 FMGE pass line. The content is educational. It is authored in-house and is not a substitute for your own clinical study, and the Path-to-150 projection is an arithmetic estimate, not a prediction of your result. We are not affiliated with NBEMS or the NMC; exam rules and dates must be confirmed against the current Information Bulletin.

3. Your account

Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time link. You are responsible for the email account it is sent to and for activity under your login. Accounts are personal — do not share your access. You must be old enough to enter a contract under Indian law to purchase.

4. Plans and payment

• Starter (Free). Everything you need to get started — free, no card. No payment required.
• Cycle Pro Pass. A one-time payment of ₹4,999, inclusive of all taxes, covering the exam cycle you are preparing for — access for at least 180 days. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details. The price shown is the final amount payable — there are no extra charges added at checkout. Pricing is in Indian Rupees.

5. The Cross-150 Pass Pledge

A Cycle Pro member who meets the study conditions each cycle and whose verified NBE scorecard is below the pass line may have their access continue free into the next exam cycle — repeatably, until they pass, up to 3 cycles or 24 months from purchase, whichever comes first. It is a pledge of continued access, not a cash refund and not a guarantee that you will pass, and it does not cover any exam, regulator or testing-body fee. Eligibility is determined at our reasonable discretion against the stated criteria; continued access is the sole and exclusive remedy, is not exchangeable for cash, and no other remedy is implied. The Pledge covers one person on up to 2 registered devices and is voided by account sharing, resale, automated use, fraud or misrepresentation. 6. Acceptable use

The questions, explanations and notes are our original, proprietary content. You may use them for your own exam preparation only. You may not copy, resell, publish, scrape or redistribute any part of the content, share your account, or attempt to access the service by automated means.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, add to, or occasionally interrupt the service for maintenance. We may change these terms; if we do, we will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the current cycle. We are not liable for exam outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
